1. Services

Ayogen provides QR ticket generation, digital event ticketing, bulk ticket distribution, WhatsApp and email delivery tools, and a credit-based ticket generation system.

Ayogen acts solely as a software and communication platform provider. Ayogen is not the organizer, promoter, or manager of events created using the platform.

2. User Accounts

  • Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
  • Users must provide accurate information.
  • Users are responsible for activities conducted through their account.

Ayogen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or abusive activity.

3. Credit System

Ayogen may operate on a prepaid credit model.

  • Credits purchased are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Credits may expire if specified during purchase.
  • Pricing may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Unused promotional credits may be revoked at Ayogen's discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to misuse the platform.

  • Send spam messages.
  • Upload unauthorized attendee data.
  • Violate WhatsApp, email, or telecom regulations.
  • Create fake events or fraudulent tickets.
  • Use the platform for illegal purposes.

Users are solely responsible for event authenticity, attendee communications, uploaded data, and compliance with local laws.

5. Consent Requirement

Users must obtain valid consent from recipients before sending QR tickets, event notifications, promotional communications, or informational communications. Ayogen shall not be liable for misuse of attendee contact information by users.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Ayogen may integrate with third-party services including WhatsApp APIs, email service providers, and payment gateways. Availability and delivery performance may depend on these providers, and Ayogen does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery success.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted services but do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation, or instant message delivery. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party issues.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, design, and technology belong to Ayogen.

  • Users may not copy platform technology.
  • Users may not reverse engineer platform technology.
  • Users may not resell platform technology.
  • Users may not exploit platform technology without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ayogen shall not be liable for event disputes, financial losses, spam complaints, delivery failures caused by third parties, user-generated content, or fraudulent events created by users. Users utilize the platform at their own risk.

10. Account Suspension

Ayogen reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in spam activity, fraud, abuse, illegal conduct, or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued platform use indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
