All purchases of ticket generation credits are generally non-refundable once successfully added to the user account.
2. Duplicate Payments
If a user is charged multiple times for the same transaction, Ayogen may review and process eligible refunds after verification.
3. Technical Issues
In case of verified technical failure caused directly by Ayogen, users may contact support and refunds or replacement credits may be issued at Ayogen's discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Used credits.
- Spam-related account suspension.
- Violations of platform policies.
- Delivery issues caused by third-party services.
- Incorrect attendee data uploaded by users.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
